In addition to above rule, we also follow certain criteria. We have listed them below. If any of these is found during assessment, we would like to inform you that you will not be entitled for warranty.
However, we would like to say you are entitled for refund, replacement, and repair.
The warranty of a battery excludes the following criteria.
When you want to make a claim for a warranty, you must produce us the receipt. The receipt that you give us is an evident of the date of purchase. After we receive this from you, we will send your battery for a warranty assessment.
Important Note: Australian Consumer Law:
This warranty is provided in addition to other rights and remedies held by a consumer at law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Apollo Batteries will replace the battery if it is faulty or defective in manufacture or materials during the specified warranty period. This warranty is provided in addition to any other rights or remedies held by a consumer at law.
